Welcome to West Bali Villas – Umasari Holiday Home.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they contain important information about your stay and our policies. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Confirmation of Booking
A booking is confirmed once the deposit or full payment has been received, as outlined in the booking confirmation.
1.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer to either a Finnish or Indonesian bank account. Finnish customers may pay for extended stays (over 7 days) in euros to a Finnish bank account prior to their trip. On-site, payments can be made in cash in EUR, USD, or IDR based on the current exchange rate.
All additional services (meals, transportation, wellness services) must be paid in cash in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) on-site.
1.3 Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total price.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or in the event of a no-show are non-refundable.
2. Check-in and Check-out
2.1 Check-in Time
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be possible upon request and subject to availability.
2.2 Check-out Time
Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. Late check-out may incur additional charges unless agreed upon in advance.
2.3 Identification
Guests must present a valid identification document (passport or national ID) upon check-in.
3. Guest Responsibilities
3.1 Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged on a case-by-case basis.
3.2 Accommodation Capacity
The maximum capacity listed in the booking confirmation is binding.
Exceeding the capacity may result in additional charges or the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
3.3 Quiet Hours
Please respect the local community’s peace and maintain low noise levels after 10:00 PM.
4. Services and Amenities
4.1 Included Amenities
The booking includes access to the villa, swimming pool, kitchen, Wi-Fi, and other listed facilities. Please use these responsibly.
4.2 Additional Services
We offer additional services such as airport transfers, excursions, and in-villa dining for an extra charge. These services must be requested in advance.
4.3 Cleaning Services
Daily cleaning is included in the price. Please let us know if you have specific cleaning preferences.
5. Safety and Security
5.1 Valuables
Guests are encouraged to use the in-villa safe for storing valuables. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
5.2 Local Regulations
Guests must adhere to local laws and regulations during their stay. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund.
5.3 Health and Safety
Guests should consider local health risks, such as sun exposure and mosquito-borne diseases.
6. Force Majeure
West Bali Villas is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used for booking and communication purposes. Please refer to our privacy policy for details.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved amicably whenever possible. If necessary, Indonesian law will apply.
